Contract Administration Manual (CAM) for Community-Based Organizations

This manual provides a resource for community-based organizations that contract with Yolo County, establishing the mutual responsibilities of the parties to the contract, as well as a uniform framework for the complete contract process. Also included in the CAM are the policies and procedures related to the mechanics of those activities between the Board of Supervisors, operating departments and the contracting organizations.
