State Contracts for Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Providers

Yolo  County has entered into agreements with the State of California Department of Health Care Services to provide mental health services for Yolo County residents  (including the State Performance Agreement, State Mental Health Plan (MHP) Managed Care Agreement, and Mental Health Services Act Agreement), collectively referred to as the “State Contracts”. These agreements are incorporated into all mental health service contracts, and are available to view in the folders below. According to the State Contracts, all subcontractors providing mental health services to Yolo County residents should be governed by and construed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations set forth in the State Contracts, including all applicable Medicaid laws and regulations, and applicable sub-regulatory guidance. Therefore, all County subcontractors must comply with all terms and conditions of the State Contracts.
